If you have to cancel before 30 days, your trip is fully refundable.
If you have to cancel up to 14 days before trip, you forfeit your deposit, but rest of trip is refundable..
If you have to cancel within 14 days of the trip, Off Road Scholars will not be able to offer a refund, which is why I highly recommend travelers insurance.
